• Our offices are open from 10.00 a .m. – 1.30 pm and from 5.00 p.m. including Sundays and holidays. Out of summer season (1st Nov. – 1st April) only our main-office in Calafell is open from 10.00 am – 1.30 pm and from 4.00 pm –8.00 pm (Sundays closed).
• Tenancies begin between 5.00 pm and 8.00 pm on the day of arrival and end at 10.00 am on the day of departure.
• There are more possibilities to reserve an apartment if arrivals and departures are on Saturday.
• Arrivals after 8.00 pm are not admitted unless previously advised.
• Water, gas and electricity are included in the rent.
• All our houses and apartments are equipped with: refrigerator, gas or electric cooker, crockery, cutlery, glassware, hot and cold water, blanket (it required).
• Our apartments are let without bed linen. If required, bed linen will be supplied on payment of 8 € per person and per change.
• We advise our clients to bring an iron, coffee/teapot, kitchen – and table-cloths and towels as they are not provided.
• The management is not responsible for any mistake, modification or change produced after the publication of the brochure.
• Conditions of payment: 30% on reservation and 70% on arrival, payable before taking over the apartment.
• The quickest way of money transfer is by sending a money order or a bank draft.
• Europ Service reserves the right to modify the prices whenever necessary, except in such cases where the booking has already been confirmed.
• On the arrival you can pay us the rest in your own currency. NO CREDIT CARDS. |
